      This truffle is a crunchy dark chocolate delight. We start with our 58.5% dark chocolate for the shell, but the inside, the inside is a dark chocolate creme infused with cocoa nibs. Our own chai recipe is a blend of cinnamon, ginger and cloves. We infuse the gaunache with it and then dust the dark chocolate shell with it.
